One does not need a plastic surgery or to have any chemical injection to one’s body or to become a vampire (in European stories) to look a forever young or to use heavy make-up and chemically dye or high-light one’s hair to try to cover up one’s age. However, one must have had healthy lifestyle and have eaten only healthy food to be a youthful look.
It is a fact that a good health is the foundation to the youthful look. I only to see my primary doctor two or three times per year and most of my doctor’s visit is season related allege. Since allege drug I can get it over the counter. Thus, the last time, I went to see my primary doctor, not an injury caused by gross negligence of other person, was late 2007.
I am 5 ft. and 4” and between 120 to 122Lbs and I am 56 years old yet I have a look of 27 years old woman. In the forthcoming discussions, I would like to talk about how to prevent from looking and feeling old. The topic will be:
1) How to prevent physically aging.
2) How to improve one’s skin with elasticity and healthy look.
3) How to prevent one’s face or body forming crinkles or wrinkles.
4) How to prevent one’s hair lost or become white due to aging.
One can have a young and beautiful look as well as an intelligence even one is 40 years or older.
