I have not heard a litigation which was procured by all Chinese citizens against CNN since legal proceedings were filed last year by plaintiff’s attorney regarding CNN who try to make a story more emotional idealism by a grotesque distortion of the truth of a Tibetan/Chinese riot last year as the most Chinese has claimed. Under {1332(a)(3) diversity jurisdiction of the procedural law of US constitution, the suit must be filed in Federal Court located in Atlanta to prevent an objection by defendant for a lack of territorial jurisdiction over the events or CNN within it. The point which I try to make here is the most Chinese who do not trust to or to be confident with American or Western European media as they have visualized what CNN and Germany media portrait of Chinese to make it sensational to arise the indignation of their people against Chinese people. I do not try to take sides with Chinese government yet we should be aware of 85% of a Chinese public opinion poll, which was conducted by the United States pollster early 2008, claimed that China is going in a right direction and they are happy with their government. There is a room to improve Chinese judicious system and I am aware of Chinese’s right may be violated by its legal systems yet it does not give our medias’ right to distort the news to make like all unlawful offenders a victim of Chinese authority as occurred last year Tibetan/Chinese riot against other ethnic Chinese. Ms. Alexa Oslesen of MSNBC dated November 03, 2009, instead of calling Mr. Yang Zili as a Chinese dissident, please tell us what kind of a crime that Mr. Yang had been committed. There is always two sides to every issue. Ms. Oslesen please provide us with the credential document or court record that Ms. Yang and his friends were incarcerated in 2001 due to taking part in the New Youth Study Group to discuss democratic reform or DUE TO OTHER ISSUE? Such as intention to violate peace and good order of Chinese society for either their political view or improper conduct with signifying generally any behavior that is contrary to Chinese law and more particularly to disturb the public peace or shock the public sense of morality. The things which bother me and may not be accepted by most Chinese is if Mr. Yang said possibly violated Chinese law and occurred in China must be under Chinese judicial dictum. Why Mr. Yang instead of going to Chinese media, such as World Journal in USA or other Chinese media, Liberty time or Taipei Times, in Taiwan or Singapore which has been read by most Chinese or Chinese descendants if he wanted to help his friends as Mr. Yang claimed both of them who have been seriously ill yet asked US president Mr. Barrack Obama to suppress Chinese leader or Chinese people. As a vivid memory of the brutal occupation and atrocities done to China before and during the World War II, Chinese people are very sensitive to a leader of other country or Countries to tell a Chinese leader how to run their country or to interfere Chinese judicial system. In the contrary, I am quite sure that we will not tolerate if said an American citizen violated an American law or any unlawful activity here and goes to Chinese media or to send a letter to a Chinese leader asking to interfere American judicial system. I just wonder if possibly Mr. Yang is for own publicity for Nobel Peace Prize in the future or try to help his friend as a lot of steps which he can take to help his friend for medical parole if his friends are serious ill as he claimed, such as appear to Chinese high court by competence and good experience attorney. It will be more persuasive if let his attorney does all the talking as he or she knows Chinese legal system. Ms. Oslesen, you are not familiar with Chinese substantive law or even procedure laws please do not poke your nose to Chinese judicial business. I do agree Chinese judicious branch should and must be separated from executive branch.
