2758 (XXVI). Restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China in the United Nations
The General Assembly,
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Considering the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter,
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,
Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

Taiwan has never been a part of China, either the Republic of China or the Peoples Republic of China.
According to the UN Charter, Taiwanese have the rights to decide what status the people want.
When Taiwan government used "Taiwan" as the name, the government did the step right for the first time after 1945. It scared China. It caught attentions from all nations.
Taiwan government needs continue to do the right things.
Taiwan will never be a part of China.

2758號決議正是臺灣屬於中國的證據，
臺灣是中華民囯的一個省，
驅逐了中華民囯的席位，
由新政權中華人民共和國接替舊政權中華民囯在聯合國的代表權，
2758號決議只是代表權的轉移，
自始至終，臺灣都沒有脫離中國。
